Ok.............. I think it's well overdue but I thought I will finally write a decent post! Forgive me but blog world is all a bit new to me and I have recently experienced some teething problems with my website and not to mention I had no internet connection for 2 and a half weeks! Ok excuses now out of the way I thought I would tell you a little bit about what my intentions are with this blog. I plan on using this blog to share my life with you all but in particular diy and home decor ideas as I absolutely love interior design and in particular shabby chic / French provincial style decor. I am now on maternity leave from work so I have been getting quite creative in my spare time (when I say spare time I actually mean when Zayd sleeps!) I only recently had a sewing machine bought for me by my very kind mother so I am experimenting with different ideas to create cushions and decorative items. I plan to sell some of these creations on my website www.farachadesigns.co.uk along with silver jewellery which was part of a business I had a few years ago. Ok that's enough for today I will be back tomorrow with the paper pom pom tutorial!
